This is an excellent article Dr. Ben. My husband and I are exactly like you. We used to eat sweets for dessert but now have fruit and yogurt. Sometimes we run out of fresh fruit, ie blueberries, strawberries, raspberries, blackberries, so will turn to thawed blueberries with our yogurt. Based on your article, we're going to buy more frozen fruit for our freezer to have on hand. I also like to stew rhubarb when it's in season. It's great on yogurt, as is leftover cranberry sauce. It was very interesting to hear how fruit impacted colour vision in primates. We've also read how primates enjoyed overripe fruit that had started to ferment when they found it - a precusor to wine/alcohol 😂.

Would love to see a post by you on Grains. So many people say to avoid them, while others tout their benefits. Also interesting to me are Nut/Seed Butters.
